Our journey began with Neo, Houston’s premier omakase destination, which has redefined intimate dining through a progressive tasting menu that showcases the highest caliber of sourcing and technique. Recognized with multiple “Best Restaurant” nominations and a “Best Chef” win, Neo remains one of the city’s most sought-after reservations. Building on this foundation, we introduced Kira, a high-energy handroll and Japanese vinyl bar that pairs exceptional ingredients with a hi-fi listening experience and crafted cocktails.
