Toga is a chef-driven izakaya that blends elevated technique with a laid-back, lively atmosphere. The menu reinterprets casual Japanese comfort food with a refined touch, offering dishes like rich, slow-simmered ramen, crisp fried chicken topped with caviar, and other thoughtfully crafted small plates.

Beyond dinner service, Toga extends into the day with a curated coffee and pastry program, transforming into a café-style space where guests can enjoy specialty brews and refined takes on classic Japanese baked goods. 

The design follows a distinct art direction centered around works on paper, creating a textured and intimate setting that evolves from a relaxed daytime café into an energetic izakaya by night. Toga offers a space where food, art, and atmosphere come together in a way that feels both effortless and intentional.
